In order for the lyrics to appear on the score, you have to select a track. The lyrics will be automatically dispatched on this track. The Lyrics tab of the bottom panel allows you to enter the lyrics. Rockmer automatically adds each syllable to a different beat. A syllable change is detected when there is a Space ( ) or a Dash(-). So, you have to use dashes to separate each syllable in a word. To insert blank beats, simply add several spaces or dashes. Line breaks are considered like spaces. However, several line breaks count only as one space. So, you can edit your text without any problem.
