To insert a new track, use the Track->Add Track menu or Add button on the Tracks panel.
Empty bars are automatically created on the added track, because in Gadwin Rockmer, each track has the same number of bars to keep the musical coherence.
Use Track->Move Up/Down menu to move a track up or down.
